Users may submit reviews and ratings for consultancies and services. By submitting a review, you confirm that:
Doclenk reserves the right to remove reviews that violate these guidelines. We do not edit review content but may remove it if it breaches our policies.
All content on the Doclenk platform — including the logo, design, text, graphics, and software — is the property of Doclenk or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without our prior written permission.
The Doclenk platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided by third-party partners on the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Doclenk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or services provided by our partners. Our total liability in any matter related to these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Doclenk and its employees, partners, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Doclenk at our discretion, with or without notice, if you violate these terms or if we believe your conduct is harmful to other users, partners, or the platform. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kochi, Kerala, India.
