Doclenk is an online platform that connects students with educational consultancies, service providers, and other international students to enhance their study-abroad experience.
Through Doclenk, users can:
Find and connect with educational consultancies.
Interact with other students in their college and course.
Seek accommodation and airport pickup services.
Access partner services for enhanced student support.
Doclenk does not provide direct educational, accommodation, or transportation services. Users are solely responsible for verifying the credentials of service providers before engaging with them.
3. User Responsibilities
3.1 General Responsibilities
Users must provide accurate and updated information while registering on Doclenk.
Users must not engage in fraudulent activities, misrepresentation, or unethical behavior on the platform.
Users must respect the rights of other individuals and businesses using Doclenk.
3.2 Responsibilities of Students
Students are responsible for verifying service providers’ legitimacy before availing services.
Students agree to pay applicable fees for premium features and services provided by third-party partners.
Students acknowledge that any transaction outside Doclenk is solely their responsibility.
3.3 Responsibilities of Service Providers
Service providers must be legally registered in their respective countries before offering services on Doclenk.
By registering a Business Account, service providers agree to pay applicable commissions or service fees.
Service providers are solely responsible for handling payments and service delivery.
4. Payments & Fees
Doclenk offers a free version with limited features for students.
Premium features may require additional payments.
Service providers must pay applicable fees, as agreed during registration or through a separate agreement.
Doclenk is not responsible for financial disputes between students and service providers.
5. Privacy & Data Protection (DPDP Act and GDPR Compliance)
5.1 Collection of Personal Data
By using Doclenk, users consent to the collection and processing of their personal data, including:
Name, contact details, and location.
Social media profiles (if shared).
Service preferences and usage behavior.
5.2 Use of Personal Data
Doclenk processes user data for the following purposes:
Facilitating connections between students and service providers.
Improving user experience on the platform.
Marketing and service recommendations.
5.3 Data Sharing

Service providers' business details may be shared with students seeking services.

9. Referral & Affiliate Program
Doclenk offers referral and affiliate programs for students, agents, and influencers who participate in promoting the platform.
Users participating in referral programs must adhere to the guidelines provided by Doclenk.
Payments for successful referrals will be processed within 6 to 12 months from the date of a verified referral.
Doclenk reserves the right to modify or terminate referral programs at any time without prior notice.
Fraudulent or unethical participation in the referral program may lead to account suspension and forfeiture of payments.

Doclenk reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform announcements.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Kerala, India.
Any disputes arising from the use of Doclenk will be resolved through court system in Kerala, India.
